Commissioned by the "Harmonie Municipale, Clervaux", Luxemburg, on occasion of its 150th anniversary

Roland Smeets, Music Director of the « Harmonie Municipale, Clervaux » from 2002 to 2009, composed the concert march « de Berlaymont » in 2007 to mark the 150th anniversary of the society. This composition is dedicated to all those, members and non-members, who have worked or continue to work for the good of the society, and, in particular, to the Countess Yseult de Berlaymont who, in 1875, gifted a precious silk flag to the young troop, a symbol of the society's unity.

Roland Smeets, directeur musical de l' « Harmonie Municipale, Clervaux » de 2002 à 2009, composa la marche de concert « de Berlaymont » en 2007 à l’occasion du 150e anniversaire de la société. Cette composition est dédiée à tous ceux qui, membres ou non, ont œuvré ou œuvrent encore pour le bien de la société, et particulièrement à la comtesse Yseult de Berlaymont qui, en 1875, offrit un précieux drapeau de soie à la jeune formation, symbole de l’unité de la société.

Roland Smeets, von 2002 bis 2009 musikalischer Leiter der « Harmonie Municipale, Clervaux », komponierte im Jahr 2007 den Konzertmarsch « de Berlaymont » zum Anlass des 150. Jubiläums des Vereins. Diese Komposition ist allen Mitgliedern, aktiven und nicht aktiven, die für das Wohl des Vereins gewirkt haben oder noch wirken, gewidmet, vor allem jedoch der Gräfin Yseult de Berlaymont, die der jungen Formation 1875 eine kostbare Seidenflagge, Symbol der Einheit des Vereins, schenkte.

Roland Smeets, muzikaal directeur van de « Harmonie Municipale, Clervaux » van 2002 tot 2009, componeerde in 2007 ter gelegenheid van de 150ste verjaardag van het vereniging de concertmars « de Berlaymont ». Deze compositie is opgedragen aan al diegenen die al dan niet lid zijn van de vereniging, zich ingezet hebben of zich nog inzetten voor het welzijn van het vereniging en in het bijzonder aan gravin Yseult de Berlaymont, die in 1875 een kostbare zijden vlag aan de jonge formatie aanbood, symbool van de eenheid van het vereniging.
